Bowers Roof Installation Experts
If you’re building a new house, or have an aging home, you may be looking for a roofing contractor that can help you properly install a beautiful new roof. A quality roof is one of the most important parts of your home, as it protects everything inside. An asphalt shingle roof should last 12 – 20 years, however if there are storms, or the initial craftsmanship was below standard, it may mean that you need to have a new roof installed sooner than planned.
Waterproof Roof Installations
The primary purpose of a roof is to shed water, and protect your family and belongings safe from the elements. A professional Bowers roofing company will have earned a reputation for waterproof roof installations, as a roofer is judged by how well their work holds up during storms and rainfall.
This is why it’s important to hire a licensed, insured, local roofer. Someone that takes pride in their reputation, which reflects in their craftsmanship, workmanship, and quality of the materials that they use.
Roof Installation Process
If your roof is in need of a roof replacement, and you decide to hire a contractor to help install your new roof, the first phase will be agreeing to terms on your estimate and scope of work. Your roofer should review line by line what will be involved, all costs, and the materials that will be used. If gutters and siding are going to be installed or replaced, that should also be detailed in this proposal and contract. If you are requesting a green roof, or specialty solutions like copper or aluminum this should also be detailed.

Bowers (commonly known as Bowers Beach) is a town in Kent County, Delaware, United States. It is part of the Dover, Delaware Metropolitan Statistical Area. According to the 2010 Census, the population of the city is 335.
Bowers Beach was originally settled in the late 1600s and was named Whitwell’s Delight by Francis Whitwell. The land was acquired by William Frampton in 1685 and was called Dover Peers. After Frampton died, the land was sold to William Bassett. Eventually, 420 acres of Whitwell’s Delight belonged to Nathaniel and Mary Hunn. After Nathaniel Hunn died in 1734, his children sold the land to John Bowers and the land along the Delaware Bay between the St. Jones River and Murderkill River became known as Bowers Beach starting on August 16, 1734. The land later belonged to John Bowers’ son and then his granddaughter, with the latter being the last person in the Bowers family to own the land. Part of the land was acquired by John Booth in 1750, who sold it later in the year to Benjamin Chew. By the 1800s, the properties in Bowers Beach were owned by Joseph Wood. The properties were later sold to multiple owners. On March 9, 1907, Bowers was incorporated. In 1962, the settlement was reincorporated as the Town of Bowers.
