Expert Wyoming EPDM & Rubber Roofing Repair and Replacement
EPDM roofing, which is ethylene propylene diene monomer, also known as “rubber roofing” is a synthetic rubber roofing membrane. This is a popular roofing material often chosen for low slope roofs, commercial buildings, and flat roofs. EPDM roofs are extremely durable because of its rubber complex. Unlike other flat roof options, a rubber roof doesn’t need to be torched or require asphalt.
Wyoming Rubber Roof Repair
If your rubber roof gets damaged, you may need to call in a professional Wyoming roofing contractor to help fix your EPDM roof.
There’s a few reasons that your rubber roof may be damaged, such as if it begins ponding water, membranes begin shrinking or uplifting, you have improper drainage systems on your rubber roof, moisture is getting trapped, dirt accumulating, aging of your roof, damage from UV rays, or bubbles and cracks.
Why Wyoming Building Owners Trust EPDM Roofing
There are additional benefits beyond rubber roofing’s ease of installation and long-term durability.
Life Cycle: A properly care for and maintained EPDM roof can last up to 30 years or longer.
Maintenance: A rubber roof is typically easier to care for, and more hands off without needing surface treatments regularly.
Withstands the Elements: Rubber roofs hold up remarkably well to storm activity such as hail, wind, rain, uv rays, and extreme temperature fluctuations.
Affordability: Many commercial building owners turn to a rubber roof because of its low price point. An EPDM roof generally will cost less than a TPO or PVC replacement, not only in materials but labor as well.
Eco-Friendly: Rubber roofs are considered to be a “green” roofing option because they have longer lifecycles, the thickness retains building warmth in the winter and reflects sun’s heat in the summer, and the majority of the material is recyclable.
EPDM roofs are truly an extremely sturdy and practical option for many Wyoming building owners. One of the concerns with EPDM roofs is their ability to be punctured.

Wyoming is a town in Kent County, Delaware, United States. It was named after the Wyoming Valley in Pennsylvania. It is part of the Dover, Delaware Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 1,313 at the 2010 census.
The community started when the nearby town of Camden, Delaware would not grant access to the Delaware Railroad (later part of the Pennsylvania Railroad), which bypassed the town and built a railroad station one mile west of the center of town and named the area West Camden. In 1865, minister John J. Pierce moved to West Camden from the Wyoming Valley and laid out plots for new housing. Several individuals from the Wyoming Valley moved to the new community and it was decided to rename the community. The community, “Desiring to sever any shared identity or connection with Camden, residents chose to honor the new citizens by changing the name of the community to Wyoming.” A post office was erected in 1866 and the community was incorporated into a town in 1869.
